Out of the refrigerator : let the cheese sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
Condensation : the Max CondensControl™ system moves moisture outward, preventing almost all droplet buildup.
Optimal placement : do not place the cheese cellar near the cooling element to limit condensation.
Cutting : use a knife carefully on the tray to avoid scratches. Never touch the Max CondensControl™ sheet with sharp utensils.
Cleaning :
- Lid: hand wash with warm soapy water.
- Tray: dishwasher safe.
- Quick drying: Tupperware microfiber towels recommended.
