Combo Micro 3

Everyone deserves hot, fresh and delicious meals, even on evenings when it seems impossible.

In the Combo Micro 3, meat stays tender, cakes are light and airy, and sauces are smoother than ever. You won’t believe your eyes: it’s the magic of the microwave.

• Their flat, rounded base lets you arrange food so that it cooks evenly.
• The colander is ideal for cooking meat; place it inside the 3 L or 1.75 L casserole and the fat drains away while the meat cooks to perfection. It is also perfect for steaming vegetables.
• The dishes can be stacked to cook simultaneously or used individually.
• The dishes nest inside each other for compact storage.
• Large handles that stay cool to the touch.

• The 750 ml dish can be used stacked, on its own, or as a lid when placed upside down on the Casseroles. Placed on top, it can cook up to 500 g of food. The food receives the waves directly and cooks uncovered. Preferably choose foods (vegetables or fruit) or recipes (desserts) that can withstand direct heat and strong evaporation.
• The 1.75 L Casserole can be used stacked, or on its own covered with the 750 ml dish. Stacked, it can cook up to 1 kg of food. Placed in the middle, the food receives the waves from the sides and the heat from the dish above and the Casserole below. It is therefore the level that receives the most even and concentrated heat, which is why you can place up to 1 kg of food in it. You will mainly use it to cook the main dish (meat or fish) that needs to be cooked through.
• The 3 L Casserole can be used stacked, or on its own covered with the 750 ml dish. Stacked, it can cook up to 500 g of food. Placed at the bottom, the food receives fewer “direct” waves. It receives the waves from the sides and the base and benefits from the heat given off by the food cooking in the Casserole above. As the 1.75 L Casserole is stacked inside the 3 L Casserole, the remaining space allows you to cook about 500 g of food. Choose foods that cook quickly, evenly or braised (starches, flans, soups…). The 3 L Casserole turns into a ring cake mould when used with the cone.

• The Combo Micro 3 is dishwasher safe. Place the flexible lids in the top rack. For hand washing, do not use abrasive powders or scourers.
• If there are stains or residue stuck to the product, soak it in very hot water with a little dishwasher powder.
• To protect the container surfaces from scratches, use plastic utensils.
• Protect the container by wiping off residue before cooking, and avoid reheating small quantities of foods high in fat and sugar in the microwave.
• For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner, a non-abrasive pad or a concentrated solution of washing-up liquid and water (¼ cup of washing-up liquid to 1 cup of hot water).

• Food around the edge of a dish cooks faster than food in the centre. Arrange it in a circle so that it cooks evenly on all sides.
• For even cooking, cut food into evenly sized pieces.
• You can use frozen fruit and vegetables instead of fresh. Thaw them first as indicated on their packaging.
• For microwave use only.
• The lid is for storage only. To put the lid on, position the groove on the rim of the container. With your hands close to your body, press firmly with your thumbs until the groove fits onto the rim. While still pressing firmly, slide your thumbs and fingers all around the edge of the seal until it clicks into place. Then, while pressing the centre of the seal, lift the tab slightly to let the air out.
• If the lid seems too tight, immerse it in hot water for a few minutes, dry it thoroughly, then apply the lid to the container while it is still warm.
• Avoid putting bones in direct contact with the walls of the Combo Micro 3 dishes.
• The Combo Micro 3 is not designed for cooking popcorn, fried food, caramel, eggs… this list is not exhaustive (see product instructions).
• The flexible lids are only suitable for the fridge and freezer. They must not be used in the microwave.
• For use in the fridge or freezer, wait until the food has cooled before putting on the flexible storage lid.
• Use Tupperware utensils for mixing and serving.
