Its unique all-in-one material is not only oven-safe but also microwave, refrigerator, and freezer safe. This UltraPro dish is also perfect for serving at the table.

The Ultra Pro are lighter than traditional ceramic, clay, glass, or cast iron cookware, making them much easier to handle for preparing your daily meals.

This domed lid paired with the 3.3 l or 5.7 l base optimizes cooking with even heat distribution and reduces hot spots that can cause overcooking.

Healthy dishes are easier to prepare thanks to the non-stick qualities of the Ultra Pro. No added butter or oil is needed for cooking most recipes.

The vents allow steam to escape from the sides of the base and lid, preventing steam buildup and regulating humidity so your food browns well while retaining optimal moisture.

Easy to use, the Ultra Pro can be used for simple and quick dishes or traditional and sophisticated ones, with excellent results every time. From savory dishes to sweet ones, the options are endless.

- to allow layered cooking by placing the UltraPro 2 l (or 3.3 l) on the base of the UltraPro 3.5 l (or 5.7 l);

- to make a bain-marie.

• The UltraPro 3.3 l is ideal for preparing lasagna, stuffed vegetables, moussaka, stews, gratins... for large families thanks to its wide and shallow shape.

• You can also precook a dish or separate ingredients such as potatoes and zucchini in the microwave before putting the UltraPro in the oven.
