To cut different shapes:

⦁ To cut different shapes:
Roll out the dough.
Place the Cutter on the dough.
Press with your fingers on the circle.
Make a slight rotating movement to detach the dough shapes.

⦁ Use with the Modulo Roller to get a consistent thickness of 3 mm:
Attach the 3 mm Cutters on each side of the Roller.
Position the cutting part inward to protect your hands.

⦁ Use with the Modulo Roller to get a consistent thickness of 6 mm:
Assemble the 3 mm Cutters inside the 6 mm Cutters.
Attach them on each side of the Roller.

Tips:
For dough that is too firm, use warm water.
For dough that is too soft, use cold water.
