Opening and closing the lid

• To open: lift the steam valve then use the tab to lift the lid.
• To close: keep the valve open, align the lid, press in the center, then close the valve for an airtight seal.
  

Cooking and reheating

• Oven : remove the airtight lid before placing in the oven (max 300°C). Do not use on the stovetop.
• Microwave : lid closed, valve open to release steam.
• Freezing : follow the wavy mark for liquids to avoid overflow.
  

Avoid cracks

• Do not subject the dish to thermal shocks: let it rest for 10 minutes
  when moving from a hot to a cold environment or vice versa.
  

Cleaning and storage

• Remove the valve and silicone seal for thorough cleaning, then put them back in place.
• To limit moisture buildup, store the dish without the lid.
