Micro Urban family

The Micro Urban family is a 3-in-1 multi-cooker: its technology allows some foods to be steamed and others cooked with waves! Delight up to six people with a balanced meal!

The Micro Urban family is modular, the elements can be removed or added depending on the type of food or the desired cooking.

Versatile: a single container to cook a complete meal: vegetables, meat or fish steamed accompanied by pasta, rice or grains.

Microwave cooking: cook max. 500 g of rice or other grains, or 500 g of pasta (depending on the pasta).

Steam cooking: meats, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, flans, risottos, cakes… You can flavor the water in the Reservoir with herbs, spices, wine… to aromatize the food.

Family-sized: designed to prepare balanced meals for 6 people.

Healthy: steam cooking is excellent for health: food cooks without fat while preserving vitamins and nutrients.

Two-level steam cooking: the two strainers allow simultaneous steaming of meat, fish, vegetables and/or fruits. The lower strainer and steam lid have a metal shield that blocks waves during steam cooking.

Tip: the steam lid turned upside down can be used as a trivet for the 2 strainers

Multiple components:
- A rice lid for cooking rice and grains
- An insert: prevents water overflow when cooking rice and grains. Allows draining rice or grains. 
- A steam lid, waveproof for steaming and keeping warm.
- A lower strainer for steaming small quantities of food (to be used stacked only with the lower strainer).
- A lower strainer: Waveproof. For steaming food. For draining food before or after cooking. 
- A Reservoir (3 l): for cooking pasta, rice or other grains and as a water reservoir for steam cooking 
- All cooking should not exceed 30 minutes at a maximum of 900 watts.
- Leave at least 5 cm distance between the Micro Urban family and the microwave walls.
- Use oven mitts to remove the Micro Urban family from the microwave and use the steam lid or the rice lid as a shield to avoid steam burns.
