Always transport food cold with the valve closed and in an upright position
Do not transport hot food

Microwave reheating

Open the valve before reheating
Maximum power: 650 W
Stir halfway through cooking to even out the temperature
After reheating, let rest for a few minutes before serving

Safety

Always use oven mitts to remove the container from the microwave
Lift the lid outward to safely release steam
