The distinctive feature of our filter pitcher is our durable refillable cartridge that you can refill instead of throwing away. Simply open the refillable cartridge and pour in fresh activated charcoal granules. Once the activated charcoal is spent after 30 days, you don’t need to throw away the plastic filter cartridge; you can empty it, rinse it, and then refill it. This helps reduce plastic waste. The refill is made from: • natural coconut shells, which have absorbent properties especially for chlorine, contaminants, and bad taste. • activated charcoal: which softens water, reduces hardness, limescale, and certain heavy metals. USAGE TIPS • Open the filter to pour in the charcoal refill, then close it. • Before using a new refill, fill the pitcher with water without the reservoir, then place the filter filled with charcoal inside for 15 minutes. • Empty the water (for example, use it for your plants), then insert the reservoir into the pitcher and place the filter with charcoal inside. • Fill and empty your pitcher twice before drinking the water. • After 30 days or 150 liters, change the filter refill and reset the lid timer by pressing and holding the “SET” button for a few seconds.
