Usage tips / Tips

Perfect meat: Take the meat out 20 minutes before cooking and salt it only after to keep the juice.

Preheating: For an optimal "grill" result, preheat the Micro Pro Grill for 2 minutes with a piece of bread or vegetable.

Cooking ring: No need to grease the silicone. Wash it well before and after use to remove any grease residue and make unmolding easier.

Even cooking: Cut food into even pieces and turn them halfway through cooking if necessary.

Marinade: Brush your meats with a little oil or mustard to ensure even browning.
