To get the best results:

When chopping dry ingredients such as herbs, shallots, or garlic, pull the cord three or four times, shake the chopper with both hands, then continue.

Cut larger ingredients into 3 cm pieces to prevent the blades from getting stuck.

Cut medium-sized ingredients such as onions into quarters. Cut large onions into eighths. Proceed similarly with other ingredients of similar shape and size.

Cut hard ingredients, such as parmesan and ginger, into 1 cm cubes.

Quick cleaning tip: pour 50 ml of water into the base of the SuperSonic Chopper Medium, add one or two drops of dishwashing liquid, and blend for about 10 seconds. Disassemble the lid, rinse it quickly, and let it dry. In just a few seconds, your product is clean again.
