KEY FEATURES
CondensControlTM controls the humidity inside the Box, thus optimizing storage conditions
for all types of bread.
• Remember to offset the Breadsmart by at least 5 cm from the walls so as not to interfere with the CondensControlTM. • Once the board is placed on the lid, the set collects crumbs when you cut your bread. Thanks to their non-slip feet, this set guarantees perfect stability when you cut your bread.
• Designed to be stored in your drawers. Thanks to the flat lid, you can also stack any other item on top.
• Only store breads made with similar flours together.
• All elements are easily removable for easy cleaning.
• Never cut your bread directly on the lid (2 pictograms remind you of this).

USES

• To store all types of bread: country, rye, bran, cereal, bâtards, boules, etc., with the exception of baguettes, which do not keep for more than 1 day in the open air.
• The lid can also be used as a tray for transporting bread, jams, butter, etc. to your table.

TIPS FOR OPTIMUM STORAGE OF YOUR BREAD
1/ Regularly remove crumbs from the bottom of the box. They are the primary source of bacteria and mold.
2/ Remove the loaves from their original packaging before placing them in the Bread Box.

CARE
Hand wash with soapy water.
Dishwasher safe. Always place the CondensControl™ Ring flat.
