Cooking Pot Préparation

Preheat the oven to Th 6/7 or 190°C. Cut 8 large triangles from the puff pastry (Croissant Party and rolling pin).

Place the triangles on a lightly floured cutting board (Flexi board) and make cuts on both sides of each triangle.

Place the cut triangles on a baking sheet (Multiflex baking sheet) placed on the cold oven rack and slightly twist the dough strips created on each triangle to form trees.

Brush (silicone brush) the trees with pesto and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Bake for about 12 minutes in the preheated oven.

Make your homemade pesto:

  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 peeled and deveined garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper
  • About 20 basil leaves

Blend everything in your SuperSonic Chopper Variations: you can also brush the trees with tapenade or for a sweet version with an egg yolk and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
