Christmas stained glass cookies

Préparation
Mix the flour, sugar, butter, salt, and egg yolk in the ExtraChef.
Knead to form a homogeneous ball, place it in the 2 l Space Bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C without the racks.
Roll the dough on the lightly floured Pastry Sheet using the Adjustable Roul-O-Magic equipped with the 3 mm Cookie Shapes.
Sprinkle with flour if needed to prevent the dough from sticking.
Using the large shapes from the Set of 3 Cutters, cut the dough and place the cookies on the MultiFlex Baking Sheet placed on the cold oven racks.
Turn over the smaller shapes from the set to cut out the inside of the cookies.
Cut the candies in half and place a piece of candy in the center of each cookie.
Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Let cool completely before removing the cookies from the mold.
Repeat from step 4 with the remaining dough.
