Appetizer bites
Discover these delicious cheese and bacon appetizer bites, perfect for your gatherings with friends.

Préparation
Preheat the oven in fan mode without the rack at 220 °C. In the 3 l Mixing Bowl, mix the dry ingredients along with the ingredient of your choice (flavor of your choice) using the Soft Whisk.
Make a well in the center of the mixture.
Mix the melted butter in the 1 l MicroCook Pitcher with the milk, then pour the mixture into the flour well.
Gently mix in the center until the mixture forms a smooth dough. Place the MultiFlex Baking Sheet on the cold oven rack.
Using the Large Click & Scoop Spoon, create 9 portions and place them on the Baking Sheet.
Bake until the top is lightly golden, about 14-16 minutes. Let cool completely.
Serve as an appetizer.

- 65 g Large Spoons* of grated cheeses (Gruyère, cheddar…)
- 30 ml 1 Medium Spoon* of chopped onion
