Christmas shortbread cookies

Préparation
Blend ( SuperSonic ® Chopper small ) the flour, sugar, butter cut into small pieces, and the egg yolk.
Remove the blades and quickly knead the dough by hand to form a ball.
Put the dough in a bowl ( Ultimate mixing bowl 1 l ) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Flour the dough and roll it out to 3 mm thickness on a lightly floured surface ( Feuille de cuisson Multiflex and Rolling pin ).
Cut the dough (cookie cutters of your choice) and place the cookies on a baking sheet ( Feuille de cuisson Multiflex ) placed on the cold oven rack.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated fan oven at Th 6/7 or 200°C.
Mix ( Bol Espace 300 ml ) the icing sugar with the lemon juice. Decorate (DecoPen) the cooled biscuits with the icing.
Put in the refrigerator to let the icing harden (optional).
