Moisten the Baking Sheet on the back, then place it on the perfectly clean work surface for perfect adhesion. The top side is textured for less adhesion and thus less flour on the dough. A flexible material that makes it easier to peel off crumbly doughs.

With a large surface of 64 x 46 cm, this Tupperware Baking Sheet allows you to roll out all kinds of pie doughs: quiche, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, lasagna.

Once the dough is rolled out, roll up the Baking Sheet and the dough; place it on the mold, unroll the Baking Sheet and peel off the dough using a silicone Spatula.
Do not use as a trivet (heat would irreversibly deform the Sheet), nor as a cutting board.
Do not fold: store it flat or rolled up and secured with a rubber band or other.
