With a large surface of 64 x 46 cm, this Tupperware Baking Sheet allows you to roll out all kinds of pie doughs: quiche, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, lasagna. Everything is possible! Once the dough is rolled out, roll up the baking sheet and the dough; place it on the mold, unroll the baking sheet, and lift the dough using a silicone spatula. Do not use as a trivet (heat would irreversibly deform the sheet), nor as a cutting board. Do not fold: store it flat or rolled up and secured with an elastic band or other.
