Almond Hearts
Discover our recipe for mini almond hearts, soft and fragrant, ideal for a snack or to accompany tea and coffee.

Préparation
Preheat the oven without the rack at 180 °C. In the 1 l MicroCook Pitcher, melt the butter for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 360 watts.
Then add the milk, eggs, and beat using the Soft Whisk. In the 2 l Space Bowl, mix with the Silicone Spatula the almond powder, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Make a well in the center. Gradually add the liquid mixture into the Space Bowl while continuing to stir with the Silicone Spatula.
Place the MultiFlex Mini-hearts on the cold oven rack.
Distribute the mixture into the compartments and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
Let cool before unmolding and serving.
Tip: serve them with tea, coffee, or hot chocolate.
