Goat cheese hearts with walnuts
Discover our delicious mini hearts with Chavignol goat cheese and walnuts, perfect for a starter or a refined appetizer.

Préparation
Preheat the oven without the rack to 200 °C. In the 2-liter Bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and Gruyère cheese using the Silicone Spatula. Add the walnut oil, eggs, and mix again. In the 300 ml Space Bowl, mash the Chavignol goat cheese with a fork and stir it into the mixture. Chop the walnuts in the TurboChef and add them to the mixture. Mix, salt, and pepper. Place the MultiFlex Mini-Hearts on the cold oven rack. Divide the mixture into the compartments and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven at 200 °C. Let cool slightly before unmolding and serving.
