Raclette hearts and bacon bits
Discover these delicious savory mini-cakes with bacon and cheeses, perfect for a starter or a tasty appetizer.

Préparation
Preheat the oven without the rack at 200 °C. In the 1 l MicroCook Pitcher, cook the bacon bits for 1 minute 30 seconds at 900 watts.
In the 2 l Space Bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and Gruyère cheese with the Soft Whisk. Make a well in the center.
Add the eggs one by one, the butter, the bacon bits, and mix well using the Silicone Spatula.
Add the three-cheese blend, pepper, and mix again. Place the Mini MultiFlex Hearts on the cold oven rack.
Divide the mixture into the compartments and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 °C.
Let cool slightly before unmolding and serving.
Tip: serve them plain as a snack or as a starter with a warm potato salad and a selection of cured meats.
