Chocolate cookies

Préparation
Preheat the oven using conventional heat, setting Th 6/7 or 190°C.
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Whisk (Speedy Chef 2, speed 2) the butter and sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.
Add the eggs and vanilla, and whisk (speed 2) until the batter is smooth.
Add the flour and mix (speed 2) until it becomes difficult to stir. Scrape the sides and finish mixing with a silicone spatula.
Make about 16 portions using the medium Portion Spoon, spacing them about 5 cm apart on a baking sheet (rimmed sheet) placed on the cold oven rack.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Let them cool completely before enjoying.
Tip: Depending on the initial temperature of the butter, the dough’s consistency may vary. If it is too sticky, place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before portioning.
