Chunky cookies
Discover our recipe for chocolate chip cookies, soft and crunchy, perfect for an afternoon snack.

Préparation
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt (1 l mixing bowl).
Whisk (Speedy Chef 2, speed 2) the butter and sugar until light and frothy.
Add the egg and whisk (speed 2) until the mixture is smooth.
Add the mixed flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir (speed 2) until the dough is even.
Add the chocolate chips and stir (silicone spatula).
Make about 16 portions with the medium portion spoon, spacing them about 5 cm apart, on a baking sheet (rimmed baking sheet) placed on the cold oven rack.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated fan oven, setting 6 or 180°C.
Let them cool completely before enjoying.
Tip: Depending on the temperature of the butter at the start, the dough’s consistency may vary. If it is too sticky, put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before portioning.
