Préparation
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Put them in a dish (MicroCook round 2.25 l), add 30 g of foie gras, water, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes at 600 watts. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Add the liquid cream and blend using an immersion blender.
Serve the soup hot with the remaining foie gras cut into pieces and some small puff pastries (optional).
