Galette des rois-style croissants
Discover our croissants in the style of king cake with almond cream, perfect for celebrating Epiphany with family.

Préparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °C without the rack.
Place all the ingredients in order into the DuoChef and mix on the second speed to prepare the almond cream.
Place a puff pastry on the mini-croissant side of the Croissant Party and use the Rolling Pin to cut out the croissant shapes.
Put a small amount of almond cream on each croissant.
Using the Silicone Brush, brush the inner edge of the dough with the egg wash over a width of 2 cm.
Place the bean in the almond cream of one of the croissants.
Roll the croissants and place them on the MultiFlex Baking Sheet set on the cold oven rack.
Using the Silicone Brush, brush the croissants with egg wash.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on the lower rack in the oven.
