Crispy Salmon with Blue Cheese
Discover our crispy salmon with blue cheese, golden and flaky pastries, perfect for a refined dinner.

Préparation
Finely chop (SuperSonic Chopper large) the salmon cut into pieces with salt, pepper, and stripped dill.
Fill the Croq Tower equipped with the rectangular Insert and press.
Push the remaining dough (Thin silicone spatula).
Cut 4 rectangles (Spatula). Cut the cheese into 8 rectangular pieces. Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles.
Place a piece of cheese, a rectangle of salmon, and cover with another piece of cheese in the center of each rectangle.
Brush the edges of the dough with a little water (Silicone brush) and fold them over to enclose the salmon and cheese, then press to seal the edges.
Place the crisps on a baking sheet (Multiflex baking sheet) placed on the cold oven rack and brush them with the glaze (Silicone brush).
Bake for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven, Th 6/7 or 200°C. They should be golden.
Serve with vegetables and a blue cheese sauce (cream heated with a little cheese) (optional).
Variation: Cook the crisps in an air fryer (Air Fryer).
