Light donuts (lactose-free)
Discover delicious soft donuts with fruity icing, perfect for a light and indulgent snack, easily prepared with plant-based milk.

Préparation
Preheat the oven with fan heat to Th 6 or 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Mix the plant-based milk, egg, oil, and flavoring (350 ml Shaker).
Pour into the bowl while mixing with the flexible whisk. If the batter is too thick, add a little plant-based milk. Do not mix too long to prevent the batter from becoming sticky.
Divide the batter into 2 Hoop Molds placed side by side on the cold oven rack and bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Mix (300 ml Ramekin and Pro silicone brush) the powdered sugar and orange or lemon juice.
Let the hoops cool slightly before unmolding and glazing by pouring the powdered sugar mixture over them.
Tip: you can replace the plant-based milk with semi-skimmed milk.
