Préparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Cook them by steaming (Micro Urban family) for 22 minutes at 800 watts and let rest for 10 minutes.
Mash the potatoes into a purée (2 l Mixing Bowl and Potato Masher), salt and pepper.
Chop the shallot and parsley (SuperSonic Chopper compact), add the cooked minced beef, salt, pepper, and blend again.
Oil the bottom of the Snack Party molds (Pro silicone brush).
Spread ¼ of the grated cheese in the bottom of the molds, add ¼ of the purée, press down using the Tamper. Spread half of the beef mixture, press down, add another ¼ of purée, press down again. Finish with ¼ of grated cheese and press down once more.
Carefully unmold (thin silicone spatula) onto a baking sheet (rimmed baking sheet) placed on the cold oven rack.
Do the same for the second batch, then bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, setting 6/7 or 200°C.
Serve hot with a green salad.
Variation: replace the beef with shredded duck confit
