Melting mini hearts
Discover our soft chocolate cakes shaped like hearts, melting and indulgent, perfect for Valentine's Day.

Préparation
Preheat the oven without the rack to 220 °C.
In the 1 l MicroCook Pitcher, melt the butter and chocolate for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 360 watts. Add the eggs, sugar, and beat using the Soft Whisk.
Pour in the flour while continuing to mix. Place the MultiFlex Mini-hearts on the cold oven rack.
Distribute the mixture into the heart compartments and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 220 °C.
Let cool slightly before unmolding and serving.
Tip: serve them plain or accompanied by custard, bitter orange marmalade, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
