With a large surface of 64 x 46 cm, this Tupperware Pastry Sheet allows you to roll out all kinds of pie crusts: quiche, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, lasagna. Everything is possible!
Once the dough is rolled out, roll up the pastry sheet and the dough; place on the mold, unroll the baking sheet and remove the dough using a silicone spatula.
Do not use as a trivet (the heat will irreparably deform the Sheet), nor as a cutting board.
Do not fold: store it flat or rolled up and held with an elastic band or similar.
